Set is a strength training journal published by ERMU.
On your device
Workouts, dates, exercises, sets, weights, repetitions, comments and body weight stay on your device for your journal and statistics. Your chosen profile name and photo are optional; they, language and settings are also stored locally. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or Apple Health connections. Your journal and photo are not automatically sent to ERMU.
Backups and sharing
You choose when to export or import a journal file, where to save it and whom to share it with. Backups include the journal and its settings, excluding your profile name and photo. Your chosen service handles files under its own rules. System backups may include app data. The app applies no encryption of its own.
Retention and deletion
Data stays until deleted. Remove records and photos in the app. To clear everything, delete the app with its data, or clear browser site data. Delete exports, original photos and system backups separately.
